Since 1995, I have worked tirelessly to mitigate the escalating violence in schools nationwide and globally. By fostering community support, we aim to create a safer environment for all students. Collaborating with filmmakers, philanthropists, sponsors, educators, and the Chicago Police Department, we created the award-winning Peace Smarts and Morph America curricula, impacting 2 million students, teachers, and parents.
Our 7-step transformational problem-solving and solution-finding process promotes youth empowerment and includes conflict resolution tools, communication skills, creative expression, community service, embracing diversity, and promoting - Unity in Community.
My vision is to inspire a world of Peacemakers. All kids are at-risk - Join us in our effort to change it through sustainable living and community support.

During these tumultuous times, families - teens, parents, you are overwhelmed, anxious, and often despondent. To meet the vital need for clarity, grounding, and stability, MerrieWay is offering Group and one-on-one consults that foster community support and youth empowerment. Sessions are provided by phone and/or web stream, focusing on sustainable living and personal growth. Our expertise lies in mediating personal, family, and beneficial change.
